Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Advanced degree in School Psychology or a closely related field

  • Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI practices and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage sensitively with students from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement targeted interventions
  • Provide consultation and professional insight to school staff regarding student progress and support strategies
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling services to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Develop, document, and oversee progress towards IEP goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to promote student well-being and positive school climate
