The role involves a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule, though there is some flexibility for well-qualified part-time applicants. You'll be a valued collaborator within a multidisciplinary team, offering assessments, direct intervention, and guidance to students and staff.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Graduate degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Prior experience in elementary settings is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and developing plans
  • Strong communication and consultation abilities with students, families, and educators
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling for elementary students
  • Supporting program development and contributing to IEP meetings
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs
  • Collaborating with the educational team to create positive solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation
