School Psychologist in Rochester, WA

As a key resource within the school setting, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to assess students, develop intervention strategies, and foster environments where all learners can thrive. Qualified candidates will bring:

• Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience working in K-8 settings, ideally with students experiencing a range of disabilities
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Conducting individualized educational assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
• Providing direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
• Assisting with crisis intervention and behavioral support planning
• Supporting schoolwide initiatives related to mental health, SEL, and restorative practices
