Located near an inviting Pacific Northwest community, this full-time contract role offers the chance to make an impact across a diverse student population with a variety of special needs, ranging from mild to more complex disabilities.

As a key resource within the school setting, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to assess students, develop intervention strategies, and foster environments where all learners can thrive. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, working 7 hours each day, providing stability and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Qualified candidates will bring:

  • Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience working in K-8 settings, ideally with students experiencing a range of disabilities
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to inclusivity and student-centered practices

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Conducting individualized educational assessments and functional behavior analyses
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
  • Providing direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
  • Assisting with crisis intervention and behavioral support planning
  • Supporting schoolwide initiatives related to mental health, SEL, and restorative practices
