Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) for Washington State
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Prior experience conducting psycho-educational assessments in a school setting
  • Strong skills in report writing, assessment interpretation, and providing recommendations for student support
  • Comfortable with technology to facilitate remote responsibilities and virtual meetings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student assessments on-site, including intelligence, emotional, and behavioral evaluations
  • Prepare detailed psychological evaluation reports remotely, ensuring accuracy and clarity for team use
  • Participate virtually in IEP meetings as needed, providing insights and recommendations regarding student needs
  • Consult with educators and families, helping to develop effective individualized educational and intervention plans
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for promoting positive student outcomes within the educational environment

This role offers a competitive hourly rate from $50 to $65, reflecting your skills and experience, while providing the flexibility of completing your paperwork and meetings from home whenever possible.
