Qualifications:

  • Valid South Carolina license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Certified to work within public school settings in South Carolina
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, administrators, students, and families
  • Proven ability to balance documentation, testing, and consultative responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psycho-educational evaluations and assessments for a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Interpret assessment results to help guide eligibility and individualized education program (IEP) planning
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, school staff, and parents to enhance student success and well-being
  • Participate in eligibility, crisis intervention, and IEP meetings as required
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
