Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome to apply
- Deep understanding of special education processes, MTSS/RTI models, and IEP implementation
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
- Serve as a resource for staff on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional issues
- Participate actively in problem-solving teams and school meetings
- Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
