Qualifications:
- Completion of a School Psychology Masters Program
- State licensure as a School Psychologist

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Counsel students individually and in groups to address educational or behavioral concerns
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to recommend academic or behavioral interventions
- Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards
