Qualifications:

• Completion of a School Psychology Masters Program
• State licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Counsel students individually and in groups to address educational or behavioral concerns
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to recommend academic or behavioral interventions
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards
