What you’ll bring:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for Michigan
  • Ability to quickly adapt to multiple elementary school settings
  • Experience working in schools, with a focus on supporting students’ mental, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Openness to supporting and mentoring an intern
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work ASAP through ESY

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop interventions, and create support plans for K-5 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and admin across four local elementary schools
  • Provide counseling, guidance, and crisis response where needed
  • Mentor and assist the on-site intern to ensure a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain clear documentation during the assignment
