Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current certification or licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Experience evaluating and interpreting cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
  • Strong skills in counseling, intervention planning, and consultation with staff and parents
  • Ability to contribute to IEP meetings and write detailed, informative reports
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous school-based experience (preferred, not required)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ cognitive, academic, and emotional/behavioral needs using appropriate tools
  • Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, staff, and families
  • Deliver crisis intervention and response services as needed
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support individual educational plans
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions supporting student success
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
  • Promote safe, supportive school climates conducive to learning and social-emotional growth
