Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students (PreK–8th grade) for the upcoming school year as an in-person school psychologist. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid school psychologist certification or license is required
• Previous experience working with students in PreK–8th grades is highly valued
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and behavioral intervention
• Familiarity with special education laws, IEP development, and RTI/MTSS frameworks
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to in-person, on-site service with no hybrid or remote options

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and techniques
• Contribute to special education eligibility determinations, behavioral plans, and IEP meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student success and well-being
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to address academic and behavioral needs
• Assist with crisis intervention, prevention programs, and school-wide mental health initiatives
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines
