As a valued professional, you'll manage a diverse caseload of 20-40 evaluations annually, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive, inclusive school environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in completing comprehensive special education evaluations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and facilitation
- Ability to support and collaborate with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to culturally responsive and student-centered practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct special education evaluations and provide clear, comprehensive reports
- Serve as a key facilitator for IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and advocating for best student outcomes
- Offer consultative and direct support to the MTSS team to address academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute psychological insights
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff, students, and parents
