Your expertise will be drawn on across settings, including a 9th grade center, with occasional needs in elementary or middle school environments.

Bring your strengths in counseling, functional behavioral assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and collaborative work with a range of exceptionalities such as Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairment (OHI), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and Dyslexia. Your ability to perform cognitive and achievement assessments for SLD/Dyslexia evaluations is essential in ensuring students receive the tailored supports they need to thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• Active School Psychologist licensure/certification
• Experience in school settings for PreK-12
• Proficiency delivering counseling and developing BIPs/FBA
• Strong background with AU, ED, OHI, SLD, and Dyslexia populations
• Expertise in conducting cog/ach assessments for evaluation eligibility
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfort adapting to both in-person and virtual service models

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct counseling and crisis intervention to students
• Conducting evaluations, assessments, and observations
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Engaging families and staff to promote positive student outcomes
• Supporting compliance with federal and state regulations
