Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
  • Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high schools preferred
  • Strong communication and consultation skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to perform evaluations, develop interventions, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Commitment to understanding and supporting diverse student backgrounds and needs
  • Familiarity with school-based assessment tools and counseling practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective intervention strategies
  • Participate in development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students receiving special services
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents on a range of educational and behavioral challenges
  • Deliver direct and indirect counseling services to students as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate by promoting evidence-based practices
