High School Middle School School Psychologist | Russellville, Arkansas

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active School Psychologist license or certification
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment results and provide meaningful recommendations for educational interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to support student success
• Develop and monitor behavioral, academic, and social-emotional intervention plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support services as needed
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
