Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Certification to practice in educational settings
• Experience working with students from elementary through high school
• Extensive understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse school environments and student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students’ needs and guide effective interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans
• Provide individual and group counseling services to address academic, social, and emotional challenges
• Assist in the development of positive behavioral support strategies
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute actionable insights for student success
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture
