Middle School Elementary School Psychologist - Rutland, VT

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid school psychologist certification and state license
• Experience with elementary, middle, and/or high school student populations
• Proficient in assessments, report writing, and counseling tailored to various age groups

• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support students’ social and emotional well-being
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding strategies for academic and behavioral success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings, staff development, and training sessions as required
