Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
  • Experience working with diverse student populations is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Offer direct counseling support to students in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, problem-solving sessions, and staff development
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
