What we’re looking for:
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and functional behavior analyses
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Strong familiarity with special education processes and school-based mental health practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to serve diverse student populations across multiple school sites within the district
• Commitment to maintaining confidential student records and adhering to all relevant ethical and legal guidelines

Key responsibilities:
• Complete psychological assessments and participate in the development and review of IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and special education staff to support academic and social-emotional success
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and targeted behavioral interventions
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents on student support services and mental health strategies
• Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) frameworks
• Foster an inclusive, supportive school environment focused on positive student outcomes
