Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California PPS credential in School Psychology
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and report writing abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and parents
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation services
- Support positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives
- Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding student needs and interventions
