A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated in-person School Psychologist to support two elementary schools in Sahuarita, AZ. This role offers a full-time, 40-hour per week contract position focused on providing essential psychological services to a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for approximately 100 students on the IEP caseload.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrative staff to develop effective intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to students to promote academic and emotional success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure compliance with educational guidelines.
• Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure.
• Proven experience working within elementary school settings.
• Strong understanding of special education laws, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
