Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid state credential or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with students in both elementary and high school settings
  • Strong grasp of assessment tools, IEP development, and intervention planning
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proven collaborative approach with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students in grades K-5 and 9-12
  • Take part in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention supports as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support student learning and social-emotional growth
  • Analyze assessment data to develop individualized strategies for student improvement
  • Participate actively in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
