Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in Florida
• Experience providing psychological assessment and counseling in K-5 and/or 9-12 grade settings
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with compassion and professionalism

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for support services
• Provide individual and group counseling to help students overcome academic, emotional, or behavioral obstacles

• Play a key role in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed for students and staff
