Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification.
  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, including assessment, counseling, and consultation.
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability and empathy in addressing the unique needs of students.
  • Must be able to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide interventions.
  • Support development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs for students with exceptional needs.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention to individual students and groups as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute expertise in MTSS and other school-wide initiatives aimed at student wellness.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to timelines and compliance standards.
