Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification.
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with K-12 students, including assessment, counseling, and consultation.
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Adaptability and empathy in addressing the unique needs of students.
- Must be able to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide interventions.
- Support development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs for students with exceptional needs.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to individual students and groups as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.
- Contribute expertise in MTSS and other school-wide initiatives aimed at student wellness.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to timelines and compliance standards.
