Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or equivalent
- Active state licensure/certification as required for School Psychologists
- Comfortable working with students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Strong assessment, case management, consultation, and counseling skills
- Experience collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments, observations, and interventions
- Develop data-driven recommendations for student support services
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress
- Participate in student support and IEP meetings
- Promote positive behavior supports and mental health awareness within the school community
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
