Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Active state licensure/certification as required for School Psychologists
  • Comfortable working with students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
  • Strong assessment, case management, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Experience collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments, observations, and interventions
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for student support services
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings
  • Promote positive behavior supports and mental health awareness within the school community
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
