This role follows a full-time schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, offering a unique chance to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals across different educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) proper licensure through Minnesota’s licensing system for school psychologists
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in diverse school environments
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites and interact with students of varying ages

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Provide direct support and counseling to students, promoting positive mental health, social skills, and academic achievement
  • Lead and participate in meetings, offering expertise on assessment results and strategies
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and empowering atmosphere for all students
