Your essential qualifications include:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Dedication to equity, culturally responsive strategies, and inclusive service delivery
• Solid grounding in evidence-based practices, covering assessment, intervention, and mental health supports

Ideal candidates will also have:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or be NCSP-eligible
• Experience with MTSS frameworks, providing consultation and intervention support
• Leadership skills to guide and influence adult learners
• Proficiency in crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state special education laws and compliance
• Familiarity with multicultural, urban educational environments
• Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders

As a vital member of the team, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive K-12 psychological services. This includes assessment, consultation, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and helping to develop equitable and proactive student support systems.
