School Psychologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Required Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota PELSB-issued School Psychologist license
• Strong dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery
• Proficiency in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligible
• Background in consultation, problem-solving, and intervention within an MTSS framework
• Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills for supporting adult learners
• Solid knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health supports
• Familiarity with federal and state special education laws and compliance
• Previous experience in multicultural, urban educational settings
