Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Strong commitment to equity, culturally responsive service, and inclusion
• Proficiency in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (or eligible)
• Experience consulting and supporting MTSS frameworks
• Leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to support adult learners
• Knowledge in crisis intervention and mental health support
• Familiarity with state/federal special education laws
• Experience in urban or multicultural educational settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students (not early childhood)
• Collaborate with school teams, students, and families to promote mental wellness
• Engage in consultation, assessment, and intervention services
• Support best practices within diverse, multicultural environments
