Middle School Elementary School Psychologist - Salem, OR

As a licensed school psychologist, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow professionals to help foster a supportive educational environment. You’ll provide expertise in assessment and evaluation, and play a crucial role in identifying student needs and guiding interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Oregon School Psychologist licensure.
• Experience or certification in working with elementary, middle, and high school populations.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 students and a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels (K-12).
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing guidance on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor support plans.
• Offer consultation services for behavioral and academic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed.
