Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and behavioral management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and organized, able to work across varied age groups and support diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention programs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, or consultation services as needed
• Support students’ emotional well-being and promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Participate in RTI/MTSS initiatives, IEP meetings, and the development of 504 plans
• Offer professional development and resources for staff
