Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible School Psychologist licensure in Utah
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Proficiency with special education processes and IEP development
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage caseload independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop tailored intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on eligibility and programming
- Support crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and counseling services as needed
- Deliver direct and indirect services to students in alignment with IEP goals
