Key Qualifications:

  • State certification/licensure in School Psychology
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
  • Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Competence with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in student mental health
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to various caseloads and school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support as needed
  • Develop and implement interventions supporting academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and RTI/MTSS meetings, offering insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical requirements
