Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid and active School Psychologist credential (essential for consideration)
  • Previous experience in school-based psychological services highly valued
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills with K-12 students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
  • Professional communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for intervention planning
  • Counsel students individually and in groups to address emotional, social, or behavioral needs
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Advise school staff on intervention strategies and support systems
  • Engage with parents and guardians to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Maintain diligent records in line with district and legal standards
