Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid California PPS Credential in School Psychology (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting psychological assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services in K-12 environments
• Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication
• Ability to adapt to new school cultures and meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations using a variety of assessment tools
• Develop and implement intervention plans for students with behavioral, emotional, or learning needs
• Serve as a resource to school staff and families, providing consultation and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
