School Psychologist, 20262027 School Year

We are seeking qualified School Psychologists to join a large, well-established department within San Francisco Unified School District for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is a high-priority need with strong support systems already in place.

Position Details:

• Location: San Francisco
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: August 11, 2026 – June 2, 2027
• Setting: Onsite only (in-person required)
• Work Model: Primarily onsite; open to travelers and potential 4:1 hybrid schedule

Department Overview:

• Join a large, collaborative team of approximately 118 School Psychologists
• District is seeking strong, reliable professionals to support current needs and maintain high service standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and prepare compliant reports
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success

Requirements:

• Valid School Psychologist license/credential (required)
• Must hold appropriate educator credential (School Psychologist only; counseling licenses will not be considered)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, report writing, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.88 to $67.88. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
