School Psychologist - San Jose, CA

What we’re looking for:

• Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification in California
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Prior experience working with K-5 or elementary-age students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
• Ability to develop and implement effective support strategies for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Comfortable working both in-person and virtually

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, counseling, and interventions to support student learning and mental health
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to drive positive outcomes
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized plans for students
• Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with school policies
