Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid School Psychologist credential or certification in California
  • Proven experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Effective communicator with students, parents, and faculty
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Comfortable working part-time and adapting to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and well-being
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered support system (MTSS) processes
  • Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
