Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (California)
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Strong background in assessments, IEP development, and counseling
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working within a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work well with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in eligibility meetings
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, families, and staff
- Utilize data to inform interventions and support student development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a positive educational environment
- Participate in crisis interventions and facilitate behavioral or academic support strategies
- Maintain accurate case records and required documentation
