Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification for Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong understanding of developmental, learning, and psychological assessment tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to providing services exclusively in-person

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling services for students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and effective strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the team
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary
• Support positive, data-driven solutions for student behavioral and learning challenges
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports in a timely manner

Schedule & Workplace:

• Full time schedule: 37.5 hours weekly, during the school day
• In-person services at a high school campus (no remote or hybrid work)
• Caseload to be determined, designed to ensure focus on quality care and meaningful support
