A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year in the Santa Ana, California area. This role focuses on serving elementary students (K-5th grade) within an itinerant capacity across the district, supporting student success through assessment, collaboration, and implementation of individualized plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations using tools such as WISC, WJ, and RIAS.
- Monitoring student progress and behaviors through direct observation.
- Collaborating with certified staff members and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
- Providing ongoing support services tailored to students’ academic and behavioral needs.
Qualifications:
- Active California certification as a School Psychologist with a valid PPS credential.
- Master’s degree in School Psychology.
- Open to new graduates and applicants currently residing out of state.
- Comfortable working on-site within school settings.
This opportunity offers 35-40 hours per week supporting elementary-aged students while contributing to a collaborative educational environment.
