Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed or credentialed as a School Psychologist in California
• Proven experience in a school setting, with strong knowledge of special education processes
• Proficiency in assessments, report writing, and developing intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to employ culturally sensitive and effective practices
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently within school guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual student evaluations and psychoeducational assessments
• Interpret assessment results to develop appropriate interventions and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
