School Psychologist in Santa Clara, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/license, appropriate for California
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing IEPs
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and effective counseling strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in school settings
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive assessments and evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
