Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience supporting students at the elementary level (Early Childhood – 4th grade) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with a range of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and caregivers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making.
- Support Response to Intervention (RTI) efforts and help foster positive school climate and culture.
- Serve as an advocate for student well-being and inclusive practices within the school community.
