Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures for elementary-aged students
  • Proficient with ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and relevant documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organization and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for students in elementary grade levels
  • Participate actively in ARD meetings, collaborating with educators and parents to support student success
  • Complete accurate, timely reports and maintain required documentation
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding recommended interventions and student development
  • Utilize the district’s case load management system to track progress and maintain manageable workloads
  • Flexible approach to caseload, with occasional counseling responsibilities if needed
