Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active School Psychologist certification in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting data
• Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process
• Strong communication, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to fostering students’ academic and social-emotional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and assist in identifying students’ strengths and needs
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention support
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to recommend evidence-based strategies and resources
• Support positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives within the school
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
