Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field (required)
• Valid and current license/certification as a School Psychologist in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience conducting cognitive, behavioral, and academic assessments
• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultation and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the needs of a diverse school population

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students
• Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ educational and mental health needs
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to develop, monitor, and review IEPs
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Promote positive behavior strategies and support the school’s academic and social goals
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and contribute to school-wide initiatives
