What You’ll Bring:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with PreK–8th grade students preferred
- In-depth understanding of educational assessments and psychological testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in evaluating students for special education services
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams for referral, evaluation, IEP development, and placements in special education
- Administer, score, and interpret individual psychological and educational evaluations for referred elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Contribute valuable insight to the design and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, reports, and documentation throughout the contract period
