Looking for an exciting part-time contract opportunity near Scottsdale, AZ? This position is ideal for skilled School Psychologists passionate about supporting elementary students (PreK-8th grade) through comprehensive educational and psychological services.

Step into a meaningful role, working 20-25 hours per week from July 27, 2026 to May 20, 2027. The work schedule runs from 7:30am to 2:40pm, providing a consistent routine while preserving flexibility in your professional life. All caseload responsibilities center on elementary-aged students, allowing you to focus your expertise where it is needed most.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary (PreK-8th grade) student populations
  • Proficiency in conducting and interpreting psychological and educational assessments
  • Strong understanding of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration in school settings
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for referred students using established assessment tools
  • Interpret data to support development and implementation of IEPs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage referrals, evaluations, and program placements for students eligible for special education services
  • Engage in ongoing consultation with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all assessments and meetings
