Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Valid state-issued certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation, assessment tools, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to support diverse student populations and adapt to varied learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility determination
  • Develop and contribute to the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and intervention services to students and families
  • Support teachers and staff through data-driven strategies, interventions, and professional development
  • Facilitate crisis prevention and response as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines
