School Psychologist - Scottsdale, Arizona

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Arizona (those with a pending license are welcome to apply)
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card, or willingness to obtain one prior to start
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, consultation, and report-writing skills
• A passion for supporting K-12 students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with the broader school team
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies to foster supportive learning environments
• Assist with data collection and reporting to guide interventions and track student progress
• Offer guidance for behavioral and academic strategies tailored to individual needs
