Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience performing psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and advising multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong background in individual and group counseling for students
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff to create effective interventions and support plans
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other student support team meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation services when necessary
  • Offer counseling services to students individually or in small groups
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Communicate clearly with students, parents, and educational staff to foster student growth and resilience
