Key Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the relevant state
• Experience working with PreK populations strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of child development and early childhood education
• Proficiency with assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological assessments and interpret results to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop targeted interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and adjust service plans
• Deliver counseling and behavioral support sessions to PreK students as needed
• Advise teachers on classroom strategies to enhance student success and well-being
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
