This role focuses on providing school psychology services for the 2026-2027 school year. As part of a dedicated educational team near Seattle, you'll make a meaningful impact while collaborating with educators, families, and community professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working in K-12 educational environments
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling
  • Ability to provide consultation to teachers and parents
  • Knowledge of IEPs, RTI/MTSS, and special education processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to equity and student success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
  • Participate in Student Study Teams, IEP meetings, and behavior planning
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students
  • Support development and implementation of individualized interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive learning environment
  • Offer consultation and training to staff on a range of learning and behavioral needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policies and regulations
