Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid School Psychologist certification/license for Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting psychological and educational evaluations, preferably in elementary settings
  • Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Administer standardized and informal assessments to evaluate students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Develop, interpret, and present evaluation results for staff and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and parents to support student learning and well-being
  • Provide consultation on interventions, educational planning, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district guidelines
