Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Washington School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
  • Experience with elementary age students is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in administering and interpreting psychoeducational evaluations
  • Strong understanding of special education procedures, laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt assessment tools and strategies to meet diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary students
  • Compile findings and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop interventions and supports
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of IEPs in alignment with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide consultation regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
